The returned product must be in a new, unworn, undamaged state, and come with the original brand packaging box and all accessories (the transparent packaging tape on the outer packaging box of the product has been torn off and is also considered unsealed). 2. Returns and refunds require 5-10 clear product photos or videos. Requirements: Every place containing the product. We will use these judgments to check whether the product is damaged.
3. If you need to return the entire order, please be sure to return all the products in the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).
4. The returned and exchanged products cannot be modified. The products can be modified, but we are not responsible for any expenses and after-sales problems caused by the modification.
5. If there is a problem with the heater, we will send you a new one for free. Or we will refund $200. We do not accept additional compensation.

B. Return Policy Details

If the product is found to be defective or missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue it for free. You can cancel the order within 24 hours after confirming the order, we only charge a handling fee of 3% for this. If the order has been shipped, you need to return the product after receiving it, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of the purchase price.
